As our Dad’s cancer progressed to the point where we knew it was time to call on Hospice, we turned to close friends for a referral. The suggested we call Hospice of the West and after meeting with their liaison to gain a better understanding of their services and gauge our comfort level with their team, we were convinced our Dad would be in amazing hands. Not knowing what to expect, and admittedly being a bit of a control-freak, I was not prepared for the concierge-like service we would get. From the coordination of getting him into a home, arranging for all of his specialized supplies, to getting him groomed and cared-for regularly, we could not have asked for a more specialized, thoughtful and compassionate team. They truly made the short time we had with our Dad stress-free; which allowed us to just be with him without worry. Having a professional team of resources like that of Hospice of the West’s is why I would have absolutely NO reservations recommending them to anyone in need of hospice services.Michael D., Phoenix, AZ

We would like to thank each of you for the care and attention you gave Johnnie during the time she was under your care. She appeared comfortable and secure as she interacted with those from your organization, and that meant a great deal to the family. In addition to the attention to Johnnie, the family was also comforted. Your constant communication helped us to understand and accept Johnnie’s final stages of life. With sincere gratitude, The Johnnie L. Family

Thank you so much for being there in our time of need. I can move on with my life knowing we did everything we could for my father in his final days. Without your help and guidance it would have been a challenge. My father passed with dignity and without your help it may not have happened as gracefully as it did.Elton R. (Son)
